Self Improvement - Book - Scrum: The art of doing twice the work in Half the time

I have been getting more and more into SCRUM. The basic premise of SCRUM is as follows:
When creating something, have a working version as soon as possible and get customer feedback immediately. This allows you to keep failure and cost to a minimum and put out a product that others will want to pay for.

For any project managers out there, this is a book I would highly recommend. It is also out in Audio Book form.
